Fantastic, this is one of the reasons we came back, such friendly staff and always freshly stocked breakfast. There really is breakfast for everyone. With that kind of breakfast you have a great start to the day. Bonus is the helpful staff, always greeting you with a good morning smile.

I do not usually write reviews, but the staff at this hotel were really exceptional. They made me incredibly welcome and were extremely accommodating. I arrived very early and they found me a room immediately, allowing me to have a much-needed rest after a very early flight. The rooms were compact but perfect for one person. The breakfast was really lovely and I very much enjoyed the meal I had in the restaurant one evening. I was in Upsala for a conference and this really was a perfect place to stay and I would heartily recommend it to others.

There wasn’t anything in particular that I thought was bad. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was good. The staff were very friendly. Not everyone is that kind to someone like me, an Asian. They had very bright expressions and treated me with joy. I am very grateful for that. I am leaving with a good impression of Sweden.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with many many healthy choice. I loved the ginger shots and mini kiwi and mango smoothies. The staff were super helpful and courteous. The bed was very comfortable; better than my home bed. I could easily walk to the Uppsala University where the conference was held. Greater restaurants and many stores nearby. Train station is in walking distance.

The room was small but felt luxurious. The curtains actually kept out the light and the bed was very comfortable . The very large pillow so that you could sit up in bed was a nice touch . The hotel was very close to the main centre of town. Breakfast had a good selection , was open late and there was lots of room.

The location is in the city centre, close to a shopping mall with an ICA grocery store. The rooms are of a decent size and comfort. The breakfast is great: the selection, quality and variety of offers are excellent. One small shadow is that scrabbled eggs seem to be made from powdered eggs, not fresh ones. But you can opt instead for hard or soft-boiled real eggs.

The breakfast was absolutely superb! Fantastic choice of food to accomodate all dietary needs! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spa facilities, the added touch with the provision of slices of fruit and water was excellent. Wish we could have had longer in there!

Excellent location and breakfast options, although there was very no real change to the buffet food on offer while we were there, i.e. just different fruit or a couple of new mini-pastries.

Great location for exploring Uppsala. Close to the centre but bedrooms were quiet. We arrived by car and it was an easy drive in. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. High quality buffet breakfast with a lot of choice.
